Cravings

Hey guys,

My skin is pretty much the same as yesterday, I still haven’t used steroids on my face πŸ™‚

In this post I just wanted to talk about how my cravings seem to be going away! Sometimes when I’m in college and walking around shops I do get a bit of a craving to grab every chocolate covered sweet in sight! But I’m really proud of myself because I always walk out of the shop empty handed and I feel so good about myself. Also, in my diet I’ve just started making omelettes, I made one before and I really didn’t like it, but now IΒ realizeΒ that I only like it when it’s really thin and covered in bacon! It’s delicious! So I am beginning to find new things to try, (like sweet potato chips!) and I’m getting to grips with the raw diet, and I’ve read so much about the benefits from eating raw food! It’s so useful for so many reasons and I’m so glad that I’ve stumbled across it. I really suggest you read up about the raw paleo diet, or any raw food diet, it’s so good for you and it’s the way we were meant to eat πŸ™‚ & hopefully it’ll help/cure my eczema!! It also helps people lose weight efficiently as well, no need for hardcore cardio! Just a healthy raw diet with a healthy amount of exercise can help you so much πŸ™‚

Hey, my name is Brooke. Basically, I have this blog so I can talk about eczema. I have suffered with eczema all my life, and when I turned 13 it flared up for no apparent reason, and has remained basically the same.
