Hey guys, AGAIN, I am so sorry for the delay between posts! I swear I’m not slacking it’s just that my life has been so hectic now, and when I do have the little breaks from the stress I get as much sleep as I can!
As for my skin, all is well, I have had a few set-backs on my diet but my skin is way better than it was when I originally decided to start this diet, and it keeps getting gradually better, so I’m a happy camper! If I do have set-backs in my diet I use a little bit of weak steroid cream and eat some steak & all is well!

Hey Mark, the diet is called the Paleo diet, and I’m trying to follow the raw Paleo diet which consists of raw veggies, raw meat, raw fruit, etc, but I do tend to cook everything a little bit because fully raw is a bit too much for my stomach to handle at the moment, but I hope to follow a raw Paleo diet once I’m used to food being a bit raw
