rich emollient used in the management of eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin conditions.

Hey guys, AGAIN, I am so sorry for the delay between posts! I swear I’m not slacking it’s just that my life has been so hectic now, and when I do have the little breaks from the stress I get as much sleep as I can!

As for my skin, all is well, I have had a few set-backs on my diet but my skin is way better than it was when I originally decided to start this diet, and it keeps getting gradually better, so I’m a happy camper! If I do have set-backs in my diet I use a little bit of weak steroid cream and eat some steak & all is well!

Hope everyone is doing well 🙂

Bye guys,

Brooke x

Hey, my name is Brooke. Basically, I have this blog so I can talk about eczema. I have suffered with eczema all my life, and when I turned 13 it flared up for no apparent reason, and has remained basically the same. So on here I will hopefully be blogging everyday explaining new things I am using to try and fight eczema, and hopefully I will overcome it. Happy blogging!

    Hi Brooke,

I’m pleased your doing well and that your skin is calmer.

If you have time some of your recipes would be great – such as the banana pancakes!

What will you have for your Christmas dinner?

Hi Cara 🙂 I’ll post some of my recipes in a blog post I’m about to write for everyone, including what I’m having for Christmas dinner 🙂

Hey Mark, the diet is called the Paleo diet, and I’m trying to follow the raw Paleo diet which consists of raw veggies, raw meat, raw fruit, etc, but I do tend to cook everything a little bit because fully raw is a bit too much for my stomach to handle at the moment, but I hope to follow a raw Paleo diet once I’m used to food being a bit raw 🙂
