The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford has opened about about her recent battle with depression to launch the Hey, It’s OK campaign.

This campaign is a collaboration between Mind, the mental health charity and Glamour magazine. The idea of Hey, It’s OK is to highlight that you are not alone with depression and it’s OK to open up about it.

Frankie talks about her experiences of feeling ugly and horrible and believes that the first time she has felt understood was when she was in hospital for depression.
