Well, I’ve not blogged for a while …. I think I’ve become a bit disheartened with losing weight as, basically, since my last posts I’ve lost NO MORE WEIGHT!!

But I’ve finally decided that exercise is the key to kick starting the weight loss again. So tomorrow morning I’m trying out a local Zumba class. Not sure what the fuss is all about really but lots of people I know do Zumba and love it.

I’ll let you know how I get on!!

    I had to change gym to kick start my exercise routine. I found I was getting lazy doing the same old stuff with the same old people.

    Changed gym, new people, fantastic pool, loving it. Feeling good.

  2. Lesley – I loved Zumba! Fun and didn’t feel like exercise at the time although it does now as I’m aching in places I didn’t think I could ache!!!

    Glad the change of gym has kick-started things for you.

    I plan to stick to Zumba once a week and at the place I go they are starting Body Balance (whatever that is) in June on a Tuesday night so I’ll start that too. Then a walk or two in between and I should be fit soon!!!!
