Please, please, please just live for the moment. Tell all of your loved ones how much they mean to you and put petty squabbles and arguments to one side. I got the news today that a lady I know had passed away this morning.Whilst I had only been speaking with her for a matter of weeks, it was still a real shock. She had so many people that cared for her and my thoughts are with them this evening. I will never forget the conversations I had with her, and she has made me determined to fight for people who need a voice and who need help. Out of respect for her family, I won’t say anymore than this at the moment…but please, as I said, count your blessings and live for the moment. Only you can change the direction your life takes, so quit the excuses and get on with it!

I won’t be posting a ‘proper’ update tonight, but normal service will resume tomorrow.

Breakfast: Two Alpen light bars (1 x HEB) and a banana.

20130705-202931.jpgMy food today was just quite plain and simple, with no visit to Asda – my budget mission is going well. Dinner was a tin of mixed beans in tomato sauce with some fried onion, mushroom, peppers and spinach, along with a packet of golden veg Batchelors rice and my cheese on top…and it was surprisingly nice!

Exercise: 4 x 15 minute treadmill sessions and 1 x 15 minute BodyPumps / Swiss Ball session.

I was on the treadmill at 7am…to fit in my exercise before heading off to see the horse dentist…that’s dedication for you! ;-)
