We hope you’ve all had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
In the talkhealth office today, we’ve been talking about our various New Year resolutions. It’s safe to say we’ve all over-indulged this Christmas and several of us have made New Year resolutions – from taking more steps to going to the gym regularly, and eating more healthily to losing weight. It will be interesting to see over the coming weeks who sticks to their promises and who doesn’t!
Tell us about your New Year resolutions. What are they? How long do you think you can stick with the promises you’ve made to yourself? Have you had success in the past with New Year resolutions?
We’ll let you know how we are doing over the coming weeks … in the meantime, good luck with whatever New Year changes you plan to make.
My New Year’s Resolution is to eat more fruit and vegetables and to plan my meals ahead, rather than coming home from work and grabbing what’s convenient, which is often not as nutritious as it should be!
