It’s that time of year, and if you’re working in an office you’re probably surrounded by coughs and colds. A nasty cold bug started doing the rounds in the talkhealth office just before Christmas with about half of the team affected; the rest thought they’d got away with it. But no! Nasty cold bug v2 has struck.

So we’ve been discussing cold and cough treatments from making sure we hand sanitise after blowing or wiping our runny noses, to one talkhealth team member who rubs a well-known mentholated topical cream on her feet at night which she says works a treat and helps her sleep!
