Still the saaame

8 Nov 2011

Hey guys,

My skin has pretty much stayed the same lately, not getting any better but not getting any worse, which is good 🙂 I haven’t used steroid creams on my face in a few weeks now, & I don’t exactly have normal skin on my face, there is still eczema on it, but as long as I keep it moisturized and don’t stress too much it’s okay 🙂 My arms are okay, still jumping between steroid creams to keep it going good (stress lately and left over badness in my body is still plaguing my skin a bit, but it’s slowly getting better!) and my legs are actually a bit bad, the warmth at night makes me claw at my legs a bit in my sleep which is noooot good, but I’m working on it! I’ve been practicing breathing exercises which stop me thinking about the itchiness & therefore stop me from scratching; it’s really difficult to ignore it but I’m slowly getting the hang of it 🙂

As for the diet, I’m still going strong, & unfortunately still looking for more meat to eat raw, but I’m almost 100% positive that(almost) raw meat helps my skin a lot! I ate it again the other night and the next day my skin looked so normal and even the dark circles under my eyes were faded! That’s happened each time I’ve had raw meat, so I’m really hoping to find a bunch of different meats to eat raw soon 🙂

I should also be uploading pictures of a few of my meals tomorrow just to give you a general idea of the meals I’m consuming 🙂 hope everyone is doing well!

Bye guys

Hey, my name is Brooke. Basically, I have this blog so I can talk about eczema. I have suffered with eczema all my life, and when I turned 13 it flared up for no apparent reason, and has remained basically the same. So on here I will hopefully be blogging everyday explaining new things I am using to try and fight eczema, and hopefully I will overcome it. Happy blogging!
