A possible link has been found between the oral contraceptive pill and prostate cancer. It has been stated that this is not proof but scientists have recommended research should be conducted to discover whether there is a link.

Oestrogen is known to feed the growth of some cancers and prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in men and rising dramatically every year.
