A recent study has found that eating low-fat yogurt whilst pregnant may increase the risk of the child suffering with asthma or hay fever. Researchers suggest that it could be due to non-fat related nutrient components and that women who ate low-fat yogurts with fruit once a day were 1.6 times more likely to have children who will develop asthma by the age of 7.
