About Proper Nosh
After leaving a sedentary office job in London seven years ago, a move to Wales was the perfect opportunity for me to rebuild my health and find a new career. I qualified as a fitness instructor in 2015 and have recently become a plant based chef. When I’m not training, I can be found in the kitchen. Trying out new recipes and giving them a healthy twist is my favourite thing to do and I share what I discover on my YouTube channel and blog. The name Proper Nosh shows what I am passionate about: real food for real people. And because a healthy lifestyle combines nutrition with being active, I also share some snippets about how to achieve greater wellbeing through movement.
