My name is Mark Westbrook, I have 13 years experience in the fitness industry working in a variety of exclusive health spa’s at various levels, including supervisory and management. My Personal Training history includes training both physical and mentally challenged clients, doctors, producers / directors, celebrities, elderly and sportsmen and woman. My Health and Fitness qualifications / certifications include: Premier Fitness diploma, Alan Herdman Pilates, Speedo aqua fitness, Boxercise, NSCR indoor studio cycling and Exercise to music. A member of the Register of Exercise Professionals REPS (R0068889) and also as a pool plant professional through the ISRM ( RoPPP’s). Currently I teach classes, Free lance but my main role as a foster carer takes priority. If you are interested in personal training this can be arranged and please contact me for more information.

What I aim to do is help provide advice on health and fitness, so you can take the approach that is right for you. No sparkly new trends or money making nonsense products.
