neck and shoulder pain
Some people may only suffer with neck or shoulder pain but some suffer with both. Types of neck and shoulder pain include shoulder osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis of the shoulder) often brought on by age or a dislocation, poor posture, frozen shoulder, pinched or trapped nerves, strains from overexertion, tendonitis, collar or upper arm bone fractures, trauma and muscle strain.
If you have neck and/or shoulder pain or have been diagnosed with a specific neck or shoulder condition, this is the forum to share your experiences and support one another.

spondylolisthesis
Spondylolisthesis is a slipping of vertebrae that occurs, in most cases, at the base of the spine and causes pain.
A vertebra could be defective from the time a person is born, or broken by trauma or a stress fracture. Vertebrae can be broken down by infection or disease. But most commonly the disorder occurs in children and adolescents who are active in sports and athletics.
If you have spondylolisthesis or are caring for someone with the condition, this is the forum to share your experiences and support one another.
