eczema and diet
I was diagnosed last year and treated by 3 different doctors for eczema. I was told it was something I would probably have for the rest if my life. I had the rash around my eyes, legs, arms, and shoulders. Then It occurred to me that these symptoms arose about the same time I started taking fish oil supplements daily. So I stopped the fish oil and the eczema is completely gone. I hope others can benefit from my story. It might not be fish oil causing the rashes but it might be something else you're eating or consuming that is causing the problem. Best regards!

Re: eczema and diet
Thanks for sharing! Strangely, omega 3 is one of those more studied foods to help with eczema (not conclusive, but promising). I'm thinking it could also be the brand of fish oil or the stuff they use to coat the oil if in 'jellybean' capsule. I know we have irritated throat after trying one brand. Also, fish oil is one of those that may be prone to contamination? Not too sure about this, but many thanks for sharing!
