Teenager in desperate search of an uneven Skin Tone cure

Hello people of Talkeczema,
First of all my name is Tyrone and i have had eczema since i was a baby. I am currently 16 years of age and would really like to even out the darker toned eczema patches that I have due to my eczema.

The good news is that i no longer scratch or am affected by the eczema because most likely I have grown out of it, but the eczema has left many dark patches on my body (Mainly my Arms) from where I used to scratch when i was younger. It makes me uncomfortable to wear high Sleeved T-shirts or Sleevless Shirts and even No Torso clothes because it reveals the mainy discolourations of my skin.

Im open to any suggestions anyone will give, Preferably about special creams i could buy to help get the patches to the same skin tone as the rest of my body. There are some pictures of my Eczema below.
