Hi Marianne123,
Pins and needles in the feet and hands are common in fibromyalgia sufferers and are thought to thought to be due to the central nervous system having problems processing pain signals.
The anti-epileptic drugs Pregabalin and Gabapentin can help to reduce both pain and pins and needles by damping down the activity of the nerve cells; it may be worth asking your GP about these drugs.
If you'd prefer to try an alternative approach vitamin B complex, magnesium and malic acid and 5 HTP could help, as could gentle exercise and massage. For more information please see my previous replies to these threads: 'Is it all in my head?' and 'What supplements can help.'
I hope this helps
