I have lots of tiny bumps on my fingers, i treat it with ointment cream and after 5-6 days they seem to fade away, but after a week or two, they keep coming back, sometimes they would be on other parts of my hands. They dont really feel itchy but i also have them on my arm, leg and foot and thats where it feels very itchy. I think i may be allergic to cows milk, since i have stopped drinking that i havent got any more of these bumps but they just seem to fade slowly and then come back after a week or two. When i first got these bumps, they were spreading very quickly and would make me itchy. These bumps sometimes become yellowish/greenish colour and i pop them, some fluid watery like comes out from them.

Does anyone know what i should do, im sick of them and feel like peeling off my skin.
