Hello everyone my daughter is 6 year old since she bone she got eczema but it's not any better as I stop her milk products but no change . I can't understand what is it? I am feeling helpless when she been itching all night and her skin blowing hot. She got red marks all over body . Even I put epaderm cream 6 time plus as dr told us. She can't sleep all night . She had skin infection as well 2 week ago . I am trying my best to keep her skin cool and she wear only Cotten cloth .

Re: Eczema problem

Hi!

Sorry to hear, hugs! Allergy test? It's good to figure out what's triggering the eczema, and may not be due to milk. House dust mite, pollen and pet dander are also likely, most likely being house dust mite. Try wet wrap, bleach bath/swimming/chlorhexidine to kill the staph bacteria and reduce likelihood of infection.

Keep us updated, it's tough I know, been sleeping with my child since she's a baby just to watch over her scratching.. only recently we had separate beds! (turning 5)

Hugs,
Mei
