Tight skin post-eczema

So to cut a long story short, I was on accutane last year for acne which really dried out my skin and I ended up getting some eczema on my jawline, a solid patch around 4cm by 3cm in size.
At the time I just treated it with a heavy moisturiser and it cleared up. However since then, the skin there is not normal and it always feels tight. Even when I apply some emollient to it, it just feels tight when I move my head - since it's on my jawline it tends to get stretched more when I move my head around. It also gets a bit more red than the rest of my skin as well, but the texture is fine and it doesn't itch, so I don't think it's the eczema flaring up or anything.
But could this be an eczema scar? Would using some hydrocortisone on it for a week or so improve the tightness or will this just improve as long as I keep moisturising? I also have some Protopic that I'm using for psoriasis, if there's a possibility that could help it as well?

Re: Tight skin post-eczema

Hi! I would think it's better to keep moisturising than put on prescription med when there's no inflammation.
Take care,
