Menopause - peri-menopause

ASK THE EXPERT – Cleanmarine UK and talkhealth are teaming up to offer patients the opportunity to ask leading clinical experts questions about the Peri-menopause.

The peri-menopause is the transition time before full menopause sets in, and it can last 4-10 years. Periods can be irregular, night-time sweating might set in, and you could experience hot flushes, low sex drive, fatigue and intimate dryness – this is all thanks to a decrease in oestrogen production. Lifestyle changes, such as following a healthy diet and doing exercise, can help to ease the discomfort. Many women find themselves facing this phase of their lives with a lack of information & viable natural alternatives to help reduce their symptoms

Leading experts Susie Debice and Dr Shahzadi Harper will be answering questions on issues related to the peri-menopause on Thursday 6th February but the clinic will be open from Monday 3rd February for you to post your questions in advance.
