09-12Mar2020

More and more of us are now making sleep a priority, with a strong understanding of why a perfect bedtime routine, exercise, relaxation and healthy foods are so beneficial.

The clinic is an online forum, please contact us if you’re unsure how it works!

One aspect of sleep hygiene that needs more attention and should be at the forefront of the pursuit for better sleep is of course creating - and maintaining - a perfect sleep environment.

The clinic answered questions on how your bedroom impacts your sleep, and the methods to improve it including the bed, lighting, noise and temperature.

Lisa Artis head of The Sleep Council and Simon Williams from the National Bed Federation answered questions on Thursday 12th March. The clinic is now closed but you can view the questions and answers here.

The Sleep Council is an impartial, advisory organisation that promotes the benefits of a good night’s sleep to health and wellbeing. Visit the Sleep Council charity page to find out more.
