The diet is suitable for those prepared to eat plenty of meat, eggs and dairy products. 30g of carbohydrate and 25g of fibre is included as well as daily vegetables. The diet helps maintain a healthy blood pressure level.
Raw food diet
The diet involves dried foods, fruit and vegetables and seeds and grains. Vegetables like brussel sprouts have proven to reduce the risk of bladder cancer. The foods in the diet contain a high amount of vitamins.
Rosemary Conley's diet plan
The diet is low calorie and high exercise. Each food has to contain less than 5% fat.
Satiety Index diet
The diet has the same amount of calories in each food so that the feeling of wanting food is reduced. High protein and fibre foods are expected to make you feel the most full.
The diet plan spans over 6 months but 10% of your overall body weight will be expected to be lost if the shakes and low calorie meals are eaten.
Slimming world diet
The diet is completely based on exercising and portion control by measuring out the right quantities of each food.
