New research has revealed that men who eat overcooked red meat are at a higher risk of getting prostate cancer.

Even eating just a small amount of well done meat could increase the chances and experts warn that it could be cooking the meat at too high temperatures. They say that everyone should reassess their diet and the ways in which they cook to prevent prostate cancer.

Talkhealth will be running an online clinic on prostate disease starting tomorrow for one week so it would be interesting to see what the experts think of the links between diet and prostate cancer.
