Welcome to Borough Market, London.
Busy, bustling, colourful! In the heart of London, this is the go to place for fresh, regional, and international organic produce.
Borough Market is one of the oldest and busiest markets in London, consisting of over 70 individual stalls, selling everything from Truffles to Coconut Pancakes and everything else in between.
Its a real pleasure to visit bustling markets like this, as quite frankly we just don’t have anything quite like this place, up north! Borough Market offers produce from specialty retailers and producers; you can pick up pretty much anything delicious; meats, wine, cheese, rare veg, fish, oysters, specialty sausages…. the list is almost endless.
The place offers visitors a visual and culinary adventure. Even if like me you can only carry a few items, or the return journey home means no perishable goods, there is certainly something in store for you here.
The perfect place to get some fresh paleo goodies; the offerings include extremely local produce, to items which are most exotic! I delighted in admiring the beautiful mushroom and truffle stall.
Handmade Spanish style sausages, with a twist, produced with locally reared meats.
Any arrange of sustainable sourced fish, dived not dredged. Perfect to buy the ingredients for my paleo fish pie!
Strongly recommend hitting Borough Market next time you’re in London.
