Hi - I am Alison, part of the talkhealth team. I have 18 year old twin daughters and started my blog as a way to raise awareness of meningitis after they lost a very close friend to this awful illness. I enjoy exercise (particularly spin and sh’bam) and trying to stay fit and healthy, although as I approach my 50th I am finding this more of a challenge. Any views expressed are my own.
