Zoë Passam has worked at the Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic for the past 14 years, qualifying with the Institute of Trichologists as a consultant trichologist in 2008, passing both sets of exams with distinction. She was awarded the John Firmage Certificate of Distinction in her first year, and the John Mason Memorial Award for Excellence upon graduating, which is only awarded when there is a student of high enough calibre. Zoë has previously lectured on black hair, and took part in a live web chat about post-pregnancy hair. Zoë presented at SCS Formulate at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, as part of 'The Knowledge', on the subject of 'Haircare Trends', and in 2016, presented on the subject of hair and nutrition at FACE Conference, at the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre, London.
She was invited back to present at FACE last year, on the science behind shampoos and conditioners. She also presented at the first National Trichology Conference at Salon International, ExCel London in 2016, and last year presented at the first International Trichology Congress in Manchester, on the subject of female hormones and hair loss.
