talkhealth meets Izabella: weight loss through real food, resilient health and body positivity

We're delighted to announce that we'll be in conversation with holistic health coach Izabella Natrins on 15 September, talking about weight.

When: Tuesday 15 September 2020

Time: 7.30pm

Where: Instagram - @talkhealthonline

Izabella isn’t your standard weight loss champion; she believes that in order to work towards a healthy weight, we have to look at the whole picture. What we eat and how we metabolise fuel depends on the state of our gut health, mood, sleeping patterns and stress levels. Her work is all about creating more resilient health - making us mentally and physically more robust.

We’ll be discussing how we should eat, sleep, move, rest and interact with our surroundings in order to maintain or achieve a more healthy weight and body shape. A judgment and fat-shaming free zone, we’re going to be focussing on how to become more body positive and why loving your body is the key to treating it better.

As you may already be aware, talkhealth is in the process of launching a new support programme called mybody. It’s going to be focussing on building a healthy relationship with our bodies. This chat is really going to kick off that deep dive into the mental health aspect of weight, the problematic realities of diet culture and the holistic ways in which we can achieve serious results.

Please do join us on Instagram on 15 September when you can put your queries directly to Izabella. If you’d prefer for us to ask on your behalf, drop us an email before the event.
