Re: DIY Homemade crystals therapy activity

This sounds like a good therapy activity. And I am very much into therapy activities, such as: 1. Colouring in books 2. Making bead necklaces 3. Sewing and knitting 4. Jigsaw puzzles 5. Drawing & painting 6. Writing poetry A few other therapies for anyone to try! And they don't even need to leav...

Re: Dust Allergy

I'd most certainly use a mask when dusting/being around dust. It is also vital you remove dust from your home regularly: and - again - when wearing a mask.

Re: Rash on hands

Chemicals can cause such a rash.

I'd find out what chemicals you've been exposed to and try to eradicate them from your lifestyle, if you can.

Re: Best Healthy Aspirin For Heart Health?

I can't confirm an answer to your question, Daniel8Daniel@AOL.Com, but I would stick with your doctor's prescription for baby aspirin. Your doctor knows what he/she is advising. You shouldn't need a natural option: as long as you don't abuse your medication you're not going to do your body unintenti...

Re: Home treatments for psoriasis

The right medicated creams do wonders for the skin. If I get into contact with bleach, I get contact dermatitis. It is absolutely awful. Therefore I avoid using bleach and use ZeroBase on my hands: even when my hands aren't sore. ZeroBase costs around £9 here in Britain. I happily pay it, because it...
