Re: How is ADHD Medication for Adults Helpful?

My friend has a boyfriend with ADHD. It isn't easy to live with but she loves him and he does his best.

It goes to show people with ADHD can live normal lives and have normal relationships. If anyone knows someone with it, don't give up on them: they can make wonderful partners and friends.

Re: Allergic to everything

I don't have your allergies but I am allergic to cleaning products. If even one drop of bleach gets on my hands they flare up with eczema. In fact, I have severe eczema on one of my hands. I saw my doctor yesterday and she diagnosed it. It is sore and painful. In fact, the skin has split and it is v...

Re: Do you have an arthritis story that could help others?

Thank you for your post. I don't have arthritis myself but I do suffer back pain. I've found regular exercise helps my back muscles become much less stiff. My back felt like I was walking through syrup and made me walk slowly. I just could not push my muscle. Even now I get a stiff and painful back....

Re: Back Pain

CBD helps me with the back pain. I have chronic pain, and I don't really trust pills. Releaf, the clinic that I'm subscribed to, mentions on their page about medical cannabis for lower back pain that 84% of respondents in a US survey said cannabis was an effective treatment for pain. This is proof ...

Re: Have you tried any natural treatments that helped you

Yes, I’ve tried several natural treatments for my skin, and a few have worked wonders. One of the most effective remedies I've used is aloe vera gel. It’s incredibly soothing, especially for irritated or sunburned skin. The natural enzymes and vitamins in aloe help heal and hydrate my skin, leaving...

Re: Herbalife Nutrition Diet Review: Is It Effective for Weight Loss?

It seems like a clever and realistic diet. Because losing weight is NOT easy and needs to be sustainable. A diet that promotes starving oneself is NOT sustainable and the weight will simply come back on.

I shall give your post a lot of thought: it seems to use common sense and be easy-to-follow.

Re: Wean off combined pill and acne

Weaning off the combined pill should always be done under medical supervision, as everyone's body reacts differently. Gradually reducing the dosage, as you've described, might help in minimizing side effects like acne breakouts, but it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starti...

Re: Tips for not letting acne destroy mental health

Dealing with acne can be tough on mental health, but there are ways to manage the emotional impact. First, remember that acne is a common issue, and you're not alone in this struggle. Focus on your self-worth beyond appearance, and avoid letting acne define you. Practice self-care by maintaining a ...
