Re: How noticeable is my gain?

It is a little noticable but not too much. However, women do tend to gain weight as they get older: I should know! So you're not alone. I guess you're dieting? I haven't gone on a diet per se BUT I do take care with what I eat.

Please don't worry too much! You're perfectly normal.

Re: self harm strength

The fact you've stopped self harming is wonderful. If I may ask, what triggered your self harming? Were you bullied? Abused as a kid? Working through such issues does help and reduces the urge to self harm. Do also remember you're not alone: a LOT of people self harm/have self harmed. It's far more ...

Re: Eczema herpeticum in 1 year old

As long as you don't use bubblebath or perfumed shower gels/the suchlike. You also want cold to warm water. And dab at your son's skin, rather than rubbing it when in the bath. After his bath, gently dab your son with the right body cream. Don't dress him until it sinks in. Also: think about the was...

Re: Covid vaccine while on roaccutane

I've had both COVID-19 vaccinations. I have not been using roaccutane, though. Since you're worried, I'd advise you call a medical helpline with your query. You'll get the answers from them and you'll have your mind put at rest. My guess is neither will clash with each other, but - to be on the safe...

Re: Health Anxiety

Yoga is a great way to deal with stress and anxiety. I've done yoga myself on the odd occasion.

Definitely look for various - natural - therapies to deal with anxiety. Don't automatically pop pills.

Re: How can I increase my weight

Why do you need to put on weight? Has someone said you're too skinny or that you're unattractive being slim? Most people want to lose weight: not put it on! If you had anorexia I'd understand but what what I can gather you're most likely perfect for your size. DON'T let anyone tell you what size you...

Re: Personal Behaviour

I agree that bad habits can happen when at home: because - after all - home is a comfortable place where a person can generally get away with their bad habits. In a professional environment, the man has to be - well - professional. [Of course women at work also have to be professional.] Realising th...

Re: Trying to remove post-acne scars

Acne scars can be reduced but I don't think they can be completely gotten rid of. Plus, being gentle with skin is vital: save the steel wool for the dishes.

Just treat your skin with tender loving care and your acne scars will go on their own.

Re: Is a sober house a good idea?

No one can be "cured" for lack of a better word, but addictions can be managed. If the sufferer is willing to handle dealing with their addiction/s, then there is hope for them. But change must come from within: or - again - the addiction is simply suppressed. Plus, getting to the root pro...

Re: Is there any connection of hair loss with hair straighteners?

I do know that when my hair grows grey, I will be deeply sad. But I have very little hairloss, so feel confident hairdye will help me out. I do agree that losing hair is deeply distressing to any woman: there are so many hair loss treatments that claim to help hair re-grow. But do they work? I hope ...
