I have to admit that we allow our 1 year old to sleep in our bed with us as otherwise they will not go to sleep and keep us awake most of the night. This became so draining that we gave in. Hello somoneyoudon'tknow - thanks for the tips. Really helpful. she's not making any self deprecating comments and not weighing out food so that's positive. Hello Dee - couldn't help reading your post and wondering how your eye operation went on the 12th? It must be really frustrating for you wanting to lose weight but having to postpone it. Hope the operation went well.
