Hi there, I wouldn't use simple moisturiser on eczema - mainstream creams just won't work on eczema skin and will cause irritation. You need something like Diprobase for your forehead. Hi there, you have to take a holistic approach with Eczema. Here's my approach: Flaxseed oil 2 tablespoons a day, Surcare washing powder, cotton organic sheets washed at 60 degrees, 1.5/2.5 tog duvet, Cotton clothes. Hi Bluebear55, I have this problem with Oilatum, brought off the shelf from boots. I checked the ingredients and noted it had lanolin and parfum (which after googling I found out to be perfume) both of which should be nowhere near eczema skin. I usually use Dermol which has none of these ingredients...
