I have really dry skin on the crease on my nose both sides the top of my mouth and chin. Also between my eyebrows. I have tried horticortisone cream but seems to make it worse? What is good for it?

Hi, for a few years I’ve had dryness around nose and mouth. Some days it’s really flakey and some not too bad. I’m thinking it could be stress related but not sure what to try? Does anyone have any suggestions? I will try and add a photo.
