Non of the hormone tests are particularly good at assessing this as they fluctuate. It would be reasonable to check your FSH if you are concerned you may be menopausal

This is very difficult as if you have tried HRT in the past and it was at the correct dose and it has not worked then I doubt your symptoms are due to your low oestrogen.
