Tazarotene which is the active ingredient of Zorac gel has been discontinued and withdrawn from the market in many countries. Unfortunately we don't have an alternative available.

Dear Jeremy, thank you for posting your question. A balanced diet is good for well being and maintaining health skin and good glycaemic control. You can maintain a good diet without high sugar intake with regular meals and hydration. Please discuss with your diabetic team how best to achieve this.

Thank you for your question. I am not aware on anyone else having expertise in gene editing for EI. I would suggest you contact the authors of the 2019 publication who are based in Salzburg Austria. It may be possible they are working on the next steps.
