How to understand about markers in the blood

Can you explain to me what these "markers" are and what is their significance? What numbers should they ideally be? Zero perhaps? I feel very confused about this and didn't ask the oncologist the right questions when I saw her. Is it bad if they are high, or only if they are going up? Than...

Bad Posture

Although I don't have serious back pain, my little niggles seem to be getting worse and are extending into my neck and hands. I suspect it may be that I'm sitting at my computer poorly? Does anyone else suffer from bad posture and if so how do I go about correcting it? I'm concerned that if I don't ...

Re: Back Pain problem

Hi there. I've suffered with niggling lower back pain for years. I'm sure having 2 children has made it worse. I try not to take pain killers and when I saw my GP, he referred me to a physio who has given me some exercises to try and strengthen it. Maybe this might be worth looking into?
