Re: 4ft 7 tall, 12st12 weight and bmi 41.48

Hello Any diets that suggest they are quick fixes to encouraging weight loss are the ones that are so limiting that we cant put up with them for long and we give up and go back to what we were eating before. Cutting calories is the way to go but it doesnt need to feel like you will be hungry all the...

Re: Hip to waist ratio and body fat percentage

Hello, I agree with Densie that you are trying hard with your diet and exercise, and that it can be hard to understand why the measures arent coming up with the numbers you want when you have been putting in so much effort. Re: Diabetes and Pregnancy

If your blood sugars are well controlled and assuming there are no other health problems then there should be little reason why this should cause issues in becoming pregnant. I would suggest though that you contact your GP, consultant or DSN so they are aware as they may change your review pattern w...

Re: Type 1 diabetes and Ketones

Well dine on finishing your exams! Are you now in adult care or are you still under Paediatrics? If you can contact the consultant ( or their secretary) I would see if you can get an appointment or at least speak to them on the phone just so they can give you some advice and help you plan how to dea...

Re: Adrenalin - how does this affect blood glucose levels
