Hi does anyone know if cathaters and bladder washes would be covered by the medical exemption certificate?

Medical Exemption Certificate
Hi I had a bladder augmentation and partial cystoplasty 5 years ago and now have to use cathaters for going the toilet, also I have to bladder wash everyday. Would this qualify me to get the exemption certificate for prescriptions as just going around and no one can answer this?
