It would be good to have some more detail if possible.
The calories you eat, what foods are they from and what times do you eat? What are you drinking? What time are you up and to bed?

The hcg diet is a calorie restricted, one diet fits everyone weight loss diet. For those reasons alone I would not recommend it to my clients. Hi minniesa. Thank you for posting on the clinic. I would urge you to be as active as possible throughout the day as well as eat natural whole foods. Ask your friends to get involved as this will help with motivation and act as a network for support, they may well like to reduce that area as you do....

Hi mollie70. I would advise you to consult your gp to enquire about working with an exercise referal specialist in relation to cardiac rehab. There are many options for exercising at home. Stretching. Pilates. Yoga. Tai chi. Body weight exercises and as already mentioned staying as active as possible. Gardening. House work.
