I am 63 and have been suffering with Melasma for many years. I have tried many creams and nothing seems to help. It really gets me down. Can you please advise? Thank you

Is it advisable to use sun cream everyday even if there is no Sun? Also, some moisturisers have added sun protection, so is this adequate? And what is the best factor to use for the face. Thank you
