Re: Can anyone recommend an oil supplement please?
Thanks S,
I use paraffin gel usually but like any emoillent it's ridiculously greasy and ruins clothes/Pj bed linen! I might try that shea butter stuff, as you say nothing to lose. I also was told about udo's oil, but holding off at the minute as it's so expensive to just take punt on.

Can anyone recommend an oil supplement please?
Hi Folks,
I'm finding that the unpredictable weather is making me a walking flake-ball and it's really embarrassing, especially getting undressed for bed when it looks like I'm snowing! Can anyone recommend an oil I can take regularly to help with dryness? Thanks!

Re: Can a Leather Sofa Cause Skin Problems?
I was just thinking the same thing!! We have a leather sofa and chair and I always find the base of my back itchy and hot when I sit on it so usually have a cushion under my back, so yes, they can!

Re: Hard time any advice?
Hiya, I know exactly how you feel - I get so depressed and embarrassed by flare ups that I stay in a lot when it's bad, which just adds to the problem! I used oral steriods for a while and they were brilliant, together with dermovate (which I hate to use, but it works, and quickly). hope this helps ...
