I figured my rosacea was being caused by the demodex mites since I often felt crawling sensations on my face - especially at night. I had been dong a lot of research at that point. Sorry to hear about this. Going on my experience you might be best using a cream that is absorbed in to the skin rather than one that sits on the surface. Such creams can be applied more frequently.
