Seizures and body locking are commonplace in SEVERE ME. There is nothing psychological about them whatsoever. When a virus migrates out of the blood and into the brain it can cause such symptoms. I found pregabalin much better than gabapentin.

Also magnesium malate is a great pain reliever.
