Can you still have any endometriosis left after having a full hysterectomy

My hubby and I have been invited to go on a cruise next year and already I am wishing I had said no I am so worried how my IBS will be. I know when I change my diet for a start I will be in trouble with spasms and diarrhea. Has anyone else been on a cruise and how did you cope
