Re: Help!!!

Wow..That must be really expensive?
Have you tried Diprobase? That comes in a 500g dispenser, and you can get that from your G.P.

Re: Unsympathetic/helpful GP.

There is nothing worse than visiting a G.P for treatment, with not only a painful, but also embarrassing condition. Where you recieve little or no sympathy and understanding. :( I have had this problem a few years back with an old G.P, and she was the skin specialist.....She was patronising, condesc...

Re: Washing Powders/Liquids

I put the Granny Soap Flakes to the test..and my son's skin is a lot better, and my rash is all but gone. My feet are less itchy too.
They are so mild...and can be used around the house...You can even wash your pets with them..and they come up super soft too. :D

Re: Washing Powder Allergy

Thanks so much for that info Jentle :D It is very useful to know for the future. I have changed now to Soap Flakes, and have noticed that my skin is less irritated in the heat. And I have used these products for many years without any reaction and no Eczema, nor my children. Let me know how you ge...

Washing Powder Allergy

I have used Surcare for many years but, a few months ago they changed the packaging, and added an extra ingredient to their powder. I was slightly cautious as I have found my triggers and avoid anything that may cause any problems for myself and my children. My five year old son has developed bliste...

Re: The miracle cure for my hand eczema.

It's great that you have found some respite from your condition. I think the main ingredient in lypsyl is Vasoline?
I had hand and foot eczema for 20 years..And it is a long painful battle to find a cure.
Anything is better than using steroids!
Hope it works out for you?

Re: is everyone told this??

I think it is a G.P's way of saying, "If it's not in my medical encyclopedia, then I don't have a clue"! Maybe it's them wishful thinking!? G.P's have a habit of feeding you bull, whatever your condition. I just hope you have a sympathetic, doctor that can show you empathy. My (ex) G.P was...
