First Avoide Junk food, Rice, and High calories food. It's fat food. You can take more water, light green salad, Fresh fruit and juice After you can see the result. You can join yoga and gym this will give you body shape.

I think You should be try to Yoga and Join Gym. I know It's hard work but After some time you will see your weight will be lose. And you can take more water like 15-16 glass per a day. If you are hungry Please avoide junk food and high calories food.
