As you are taking medication for other health conditions, it would be sensible to go back to your doctor as they are likely to be able to give you the right advice. Some doctors have very helpful nurse-led clinics where you can get very practical advice.

Hello - if you are still experiencing pain, you really do need to see your doctor who will be able to examine you in order to find out more about the problem.

Your son needs to see either his doctor or make an appointment with a physiotherapist. He will need a physical examination to ascertain the problem and how to treat it. Taking mobile phones and tablets out of the bedroom can help some people. Also soft background music. And of course going to bed early and trying to rest before you try to sleep can help.
