Hey, great advise, I think this would only work for people with minor acne, others with severe acne will only see a small reduction.....for persons with acne on the back and chest swimming in sea water might help a bit.

Your absolutely right, diary products is something one should definitely avoid when experiencing acne it contain growth hormones and inflammatory which increase the risk of severe acne, especially teenagers...great post

I think it's already out. Others say it actually makes you look younger I haven't try it, but I think you need to use this kind of product continuously in order for it to work.
