For the daytime - coughs , sneezes, jumping, lifting, got to get to the loo, leaks I find M&S Period pants are amazing. They are even making lacy pants now - 3 for £18 . It's all I wear!!

As a health professional I would say - don't worry about it. It has never caused you any real problems and every male is different. What is normal for you is absolutely fine and nothing to worry about. I really don't think you have anything that needs fixing.

From what I can see you have named your complaints but have not stated your symptoms!! e.g. itch, blood with stool , pain on passing stool . Give those and I may be able to come up with what helps me with both those conditions!!

Is there anything at all that can be done for the osteoarthritic fingers I have on both hands with knobbly finger joints?
