Thanks . I am aware of grip aids and do have some in the kitchen drawer. However I was not aware of specific exercises I could do so I will look at the Links

Is there anything at all that can be done for the osteoarthritic fingers I have on both hands with knobbly finger joints? It is getting more and more difficult to make a fist as they restrict movement and sometimes I can't hold things like cutlery properly. I am very active (even do boxing!!) . They...

Thank you for your replies. It is OA that I know. My Doctor laughs and says old age!! I do have easy grip utensils. I have had knobbly fingers for a few years now. They are not painful but getting stiffer which means sometimes I can't make a fist and it has become increasingly difficult to grip things. Do you think that it doesn't matter what moisturiser/serums you put on your skin or what price you pay nothing is going to get rid of those pesky wrinkles or start them from forming or do you think it does make a difference.

I find that if I cover the cracks (which can be deep) with a waterproof plaster and leave it on for a couple of days - the soreness goes and mine heal up under the plaster. I get milia spots on my face and decollete area. What can I do about avoiding getting them and what causes them. When they get big and come right to the surface I can put a needle in it and a white hard round stone like thing emerges. What is this?

I am in my late 60's and I also have a greasy strip down my nose which extends to my chin. I have enlarged pore in this area as well. Down the sides of my nose if I press I get white cheesy stuff coming out of these pores as well. What is this?
